SPUNTINO ITALIANO in Munich's Laim district relies on mydocma AP for mandatory visitor registration.

edr software is supporting local restaurants with the documentation requirements imposed by law due to the coronavirus pandemic: With the mydocma AP form manager, it has created a mask for the Munich restaurant SPUNTINO ITALIANO that guests can use to register easily via smartphone.

Digital check-in via QR code

Visitors do not need to install an app to check in to the Italian restaurant, but simply open the camera or scan function on their mobile phone. At the table, they receive a QR code together with the menu, which takes them to the input form designed as a website. Here they enter their name and telephone number, click on the date and time button, sign with their finger, press ‘send’ – and the registration is complete! Local owner Sebastiano Romani receives the data in encrypted form and can then view it clearly listed in the administration area of mydocma AP.

Confidential handling of guest data

In order to trace chains of infection, the personal details remain stored for four weeks in accordance with the Bavarian regulation in compliance with the GDPR. Once the retention period has expired, the system automatically and irrevocably deletes the data from the visitor history. In contrast to open guest lists, data protection is taken into account to the highest degree in this way. Data is only released to the public health department upon express request. In an emergency, the entries can be exported as an Excel file at the touch of a button and forwarded to the relevant authority.
